significant letdown inconvenient arrangement
the location was acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.
the coffee machine was a significant letdown as it served as the only option for hot water. this arrangement proved to be quite inconvenient. additionally, the lack of milk or creamer further detracted from the overall experience.

Fantastic Location and Spacious Suite!
great location spacious suite separate area ample amenities
The location was AMAZING! I really appreciated its closeness to many attractions. Our suite had a large seating area separate from the sleeping area. The bathroom had lots of space and amenities. Breakfast was fantastic, and I especially recommend the double bacon breakfast sandwich!
The coffee machine used for hot water was not a good alternative. There was no milk or creamer.

lack of hot water loud shower
The room was clean, and the front desk staff were helpful.
The shower was a problem. There was no hot water, only lukewarm water. the shower made a very loud noise. At nearly $400 a night, I did expect more.

fantastic experience
mini fridge comfortable beds polite staff
the room had two wardrobes a mini fridge and a coffee machine. beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very big. location was fine being central. the staff were polite and they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out too

Acceptable Stay. but Not Without Issues
incorrect breakfast order unsmart tv
The in-room amenities left much to be desired. I found no kettle for boiling water, forcing me to use the coffee machine instead. This was not ideal at all. The TV lacked smart capabilities. I also found the breakfast service disappointing, my order was incorrect. I expected better for the price.

helpful staff good equipment lacking parking visible glue
i enjoyed the hotel's accessibility to nearby places. the staff was friendly and helpful. i got assistance from colene and she was accommodating. the gym had a good selection of equipment too
the hotel lacked parking. street drop-offs were necessary for taxis and ride shares.
